To keep this process fair and quick for everyone, we require an unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened for the first time — this is mandatory before we can accept any damage or defect claim, so please film before you open the box.
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order details, the unboxing video, and clear photos of the item. Once verified, we'll arrange a free replacement, or if a refund is agreed instead, the amount will be credited back to your original payment source.
